FAQ

Bathrooms · FAQ

How long does a bathroom renovation take?

Most full bathrooms take two to three weeks on site. Our Marbella master bathroom took 14 days. The free site visit tells us what's under the old tiles, which is what usually decides the timeline.

Is the site visit really free?

Yes. We come out the same week to measure and look at the existing bathroom. There's no obligation.

Can I keep living in the house during the works?

Usually yes. Expect noise and some dust during the strip-out days. We protect floors and furniture, and tidy up at the end of each day.

Do I need a permit?

Most bathroom renovations count as minor works and need a permit or a declaration at your ayuntamiento. The requirements vary by town, so we'll go through what applies at the site visit.

Can you work with tiles I've already chosen?

Tell us what you have in mind at the site visit and we'll plan the layout and quantities around it.
